Our Quantitive Fit Testing Services
Assured Fit Tests conducts quantitative (QNFT) fit tests for users of all tight-fitting respirators including disposable, filtering facepiece respirators, half-face and full-face reusable respirators as mandated by the AS/NZS 1715:2009 Selection, Use and Maintenance of Respiratory Protective Equipment.
Assured Fit Tests uses the TSI PortaCount device, delivering a fit test that offers consistent and objective testing. Using the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Fast Fit Testing Protocol, the fit test will quickly and efficiently indicate if the respirator tested is sealing adequately to the user’s face, ensuring that the required level of protection is achieved.
On completion of the testing a fit test report complying with the ISO 16975-3:2017 will be supplied as well as a worker ID fit test card.

Our service includes training the wearer how to don and doff the respirator, how to perform respirator fit checks, explaining what the fit test purpose and procedure is, what the fit test exercises are as well as discussing the results. All which aid respiratory protection and worker compliance.
